Replacing brushes early at the first sign of trouble can prevent damage to motor armature.

Electric motor brush can be used as a replacement for many power tools with 1/4" x 1/4" bush size    

To use; remove old brush, Cut copper wire close to old brush, 'Tin' wire lead ends and solder, Clean armature as needed, and re-assemble
